Lucille Chocolates, www.lucillechocolates.com, a premium no sugar added chocolate formulated with SweetScience was launched by CK Partners, LLC, a consumer marketing firm. The Neubaden Group arranged first-round funding.
September 2024
Sweet Science, LLC of Tarzana, California is a food product development company focused on the reduction of sugar in consumer diets. Sweet Science has engaged the Neubaden Group, LLC to raise investment capital and to develop commercialization opportunities for its patented SweetScience natural sugar substitute products and for its line of SweetScience based chocolate.

Tecum Equity of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania acquired the equity of Kadon Precision, LLC and Kadon Aerospace, LLC. The Kadon Companies, founded in 1952, provide precision machining services for the aerospace, defense, space, and industrial product markets. Tecum Equity, the direct investment strategy of Tecum Capital, is an operationally oriented growth investment firm. The Neubaden Group, LLC served as an advisor to the Kadon Companies.

Kassel Holdings, Llc. of Dublin, Ohio acquired the equity and real property of The Sack Company, a 77 year old specialty contractor based in Statesboro, GA. Sack provides a broad range of contracting services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, millwright and rigging to Georgia, South Carolina and beyond. The Neubaden Group, Llc. served as an advisor to The Sack Company.

Kassel Holdings, Llc. of Dublin, Ohio acquired the equity of Mid State Mechanical, Inc. a leading mechanical contractor based in Phoenix, Arizona for over 35 years. The Neubaden Group, Llc. served as an advisor to Kassel Holdings, Llc.
November 2021
The Waldinger Corporation of Des Moines, Iowa acquired the assets of Connelly Plumbing Company and Connelly Mechanical, Inc., providers of HVAC and plumbing services to Springfield, Missouri since 1949 and 1997 respectively. The Neubaden Group served as an advisor to Connelly Plumbing Company and Connelly Mechanical, Inc.

The Waldinger Corporation of Des Moines, Iowa acquired the assets of GP Systems, Inc., a leading HVAC service company established in Peoria, Illinois in 2000. Neubaden Group, LLC served as an advisor to GP Systems, Inc.

The Waldinger Corporation of Des Moines, Iowa acquired the assets of BO Graham Plumbing Company, Llc. a leading St. Louis, Missouri based plumbing service company established in 1907. Neubaden Group, LLC served as an acquisition advisor to the Waldinger Corporation.

Neubaden has been working with Chinese firms since 2011 to acquire companies or establish business relationships in North America. Neubaden established an office in Shenzhen in 2019.

Neubaden Group, LLC an advisory firm based in St. Louis, has established an office in Shenzen, China. The Neubaden Group began conducting business in China in 2002 and has performed advisory services for Chinese firms in 2011.

Neubaden Group assisted Boss Mechanical, Inc. in the orderly shutdown of the business upon the death of the owner and founder, Pete Olson.
